Let's get to know each other

Hi!

My name is Rosa and I am 37 years old. I was born in Talavera de la Reina but I grew up in Cordoba. I only have one brother. His name is Pedro and he is a doctor. I am very tall and I have brown hair and brown eyes. I normally wear contact lenses but I sometimes wear my glasses.

I am an English Teacher at the Mairena del Aljarafe Official School of Languages and this is my 4th year here. In the past I taught Spanish as a Foreign Language in Los Angeles (California) and Manchester (UK). I love teaching, when I was 8 years old I decided that I wanted to be a teacher.

I don't like sports but I love watching basketball. However I go to the gym twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays to do pillates. I also like music (although I cannot play any instruments and I am a terrible singer) reading, going to the cinema and dancing, but above all I love travelling and discovering new countries and cultures.

I live in a flat in Seville. It is a beautiful flat because I can see the Guadalquivir river from all my windows.

In August I went to the beach for a week, after that I spent another week in London (one of my favourite cities in the world) and before coming back to work I visited Asturias with some friends.

How to publish a comment or writing assignments in the blog

Welcome to 2nd year at the EOI

Dear all,

Some of us met last week on Wednesday. I have created this blog as a meeting point where extra information, interesting links, new ideas and videos can be found. In case you are absent or you cannot attend lesssons a blog is a great option to keep track. Please feel free to contribute with your comments. I hope you find it useful.
